Terry celebrated 50 years of practice in 2017. Terry practices in the areas of wills and estate planning and deceased estates.
Lobban McNally Lawyers has more than 50 years of experience in bankruptcy law. The firm has acted extensively in disputes involving claims by bankruptcy trustees, the recovery and sale of property vested in bankruptcy trustees and applications under the Bankruptcy Act 1966. In bankruptcy matters, Lobban McNally Lawyers act for bankruptcy trustees, creditors and non-bankrupt parties with interests in property that has vested in a bankruptcy trustee.
In 2012, Lobban McNally Lawyers was one of only 120 firms nationwide selected as a provider of legal services to Commonwealth agencies for litigation and dispute resolution under the former Legal Services Multi Users List. The firm has a lengthy history of providing legal services to the Official Receiver in Bankruptcy.

Litigation and dispute resolution
The application arises out of an unusual set of facts. It raises some difficult legal issues of where the line falls between the federal courts invested with bankruptcy jurisdiction and other courts. It also raises the practical issues faced by unfunded insolvency practitioners in the face of those legal issues.
